Weaving: A Tool for Inner ConnectioN

Join us for an immersive weaving experience where creativity meets mindfulness. These workshops are not just about crafting beautiful woven shapes—they are about creating a space for self-reflection and connection.

About

SARA ESCOBAR | WOVEN ACCESORIES Entrepreneur

My name is Sara Maria Escobar. Originally from Colombia, I recently moved to Canada and work as a professional social worker. This career has taken me across Colombia, where I've engaged with diverse local communities.
During my travels, I discovered a weaving technique that deeply resonated with me and quickly became a significant part of my life. Initially, it offered a peaceful, almost meditative escape.

Through this craft, I've learned more about myself and found inspiration to use it as a means of expressing my ideas and empowering other women through beautiful accessories.
've showcased my creations at various art and craft shows, as well as market venues in Toronto, California (USA), and Colombia, connecting with customers along the way.
Currently, you can find my original creations at consignment stores like The Curated Market Co at Midtown and Savile Studio and Market.

My accessories are meticulously crafted in my small Toronto studio using a perfected weaving technique with beads, thread, and wire. They feature a variety of regular and irregular shapes that can be customized in different colors and designs. The materials I use ensure lightweight, waterproof accessories bursting with vibrant colors for everyone to enjoy
